I would be very cautious to order anything from Homebase again. Customer services are by far the worst as they just don't respond! My order arrived opened and damaged so tried to contact customer services to get it resolved and it's been a complete nightmare. They just stop answering emails and ignore you. I initially contacted them on the 4th April and still haven't heard anything. I resorted to contacting them via twitter, they responded by asking me to send a DM to them with the details etc then say said 'we'll email you to sort further' and guess what, they stopped replying. I got another email asking for details (again) and then heard nothing more. Not exactly what you'd expect from a big retailer. I'd advise anyone looking to purchase from them to look elsewhere as I wish I read the reviews before I purchased from them.

Absolutely shocking service, I ordered my item on the 10 April paid £12.50 for delivery on the 15th April and waited in for 2 attempts at delivery. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEM!!! I am not a happy customer right now.

Ordered garden furniture for delivery today, 24th April. Spent over half hour trying to get through to them yesterday to confirm.delivery time, I.paid extra.for Saturday delivery. Never managed to get through but managed early this morning only to be told that delivery was.not coming today and they did not know when that would be. Great, visitors coming tonight and have no furniture so had to cancel as cannot go indoors.Misbah has to be one of the most unhelpful call cente.staff I have ever dealt with as she stuck to her script and.would not divert therefore I got nowhere. Spoke to her manager Romjeed, pretty unhelpful. Offered me a £20 store voucher, eh, no thanks as I will not be using Homebase again.Customer service us appalling and I still.do not know when furniture will be received. Will likely cancel if I can get back through.

Your home delivery is useless and not recommended.I ordered a lawnmower on a Monday for next day delivery, because of the late order time I expected delivery on the Wednesday. On the Friday it had not arrived so i ordered the same product as a click and collect which I collected the next day from store with no problems. I asked for the home delivery order to be cancelled, but was told it had been despatched and not to accept the delivery so it would be returned by the courier and then I would get a refund. I have neither had it delivered nor been informed that a refund has been issued.So I do not recommend home delivery and am waiting for someone to contact me about what is happening before I contact Watchdog on the 10th May.

The materials were easy to find and the staff helpful as usual but the queue to pay was very long.P.S. I was in the same store yesterday and gave up because the queue to pay was even longer.

Shed arrived on time but there was minor damage to one piece. Sent photos of damage to customer services but so far, three days later, I haven't had a response

The click and collect service was quick enough, the girl who served us was in the wrong job as customer service was not her strong point, she was abrupt and no pleasantries at all,

Product and service good but click and collect poorly organised. Was not the 'safer' option for purchasing that I expected, I might as well have just gone into store normally. As a person who was shielding, I would not buy using click and collect again. Which probably means I won't be buying from Homebase.

Fence panelling ordered for click/collect -Service was helpful and included a hand out to the car to save my wife helping me. Quality of panels seems good, though to prove the worth of a 10 year warranty will take time !
